Duty and Taxes

DUTY, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES 
Customers are responsible for all duty, taxes, VAT, and import fees based on the shipping address, if applicable. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are due at the time of (or prior to) delivery, typically collected by the shipping carrier. UPS usually offers the ability to pay fees online via your tracking number page.

To calculate estimated duty, go to Simply Duty and input the HS code 491191 and an estimated shipping fee of US$45 (although Kare Prints currently pays for shipping fees, some countries impose duty on the fee regardless). Please understand that we are unable to ensure accuracy for this tool and the fees calculated may not represent your fully landed cost. 

Shipments to Mexico: If your order is under US$2,500, we will email you to request your RFC number, which we will include on customs forms and shipping label.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 
With the exception of customers subject to the Directive's (EU) 2023/2673 14-day cooling off period international orders are not returnable and non-refundable due to the high probability of damage during return shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
