ORDER PROCESSING
To provide the highest quality artwork, all is custom printed, inspected and hand signed by the artist, Susan Kare. Our limited edition prints ship within 3-4 weeks of the order date whereas hand painted prints, 3-6 weeks, and flags typically ship within 6-8 weeks of the order date. Please allow for additional shipping time during the holidays.
PAPER STOCK
All of our giclee prints are created using archival Canon Pro Inks on fine art Hahnemüle Photo Rag paper. This is an acid-free bright white 100% cotton paper ideal for reproducing high contrast images. It is smooth paper (not toothy).
DO THE COLORS OF THE ACTUAL PRINTS
LOOK LIKE THE IMAGES I SEE ON MY COMPUTER?
We have tried to represent the prints accurately online. However, since the colors you see depend on your device settings, we cannot guarantee an identical match between screen images and prints on paper.

All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Some prints may be priced differently based on a unique limited edition run or other qualities.
DOMESTIC SALES TAX
All orders shipped to addresses in California will be taxed based on the combined city, county and state rate. Customers in other states are responsible for complying with their local state tax laws.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES
We've chosen UPS Worldwide Expedited as customs clearance is managed in-house with UPS free of charge. If the customer requests clearance by a third party broker they will be responsible for the additional third party brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for duty, taxes, and import fees based on the shipping address, if applicable. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of (or prior to) delivery. You may also be responsible for duty/VAT fees on the shipping amount even if Kare Prints pays the shipping fee. You should inquire with your local customs agency or your local UPS office for more information and assistance in this area. Your customs agency or UPS may notify you that they are holding your package if duty is due. Refunds will not be accepted due to unpaid customs fees. We are not able to mark items as “gift”. Shipments to Mexico: If your order is under US$2,500, we will email you to request your RFC number, which we will include on customs forms and shipping label. Thank you for your understanding. CUSTOM SIZED PRINTS
We are happy to quote requests for custom sizes larger than the 30″ x 40″ edition size, or custom editions (e.g. for corporate gifts). Please email your request including print name and desired paper size (image size will be smaller to allow appropriate margins) and include “Custom Size Request” in the subject line.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing your order and should be sent with the subject line “Cancellation”. Please include your order number. Cancellations will not be entertained once your order has been printed with the exception of customers subject to the Directive's (EU) 2023/2673 14-day cooling off period.
