GLOBAL RETURN, REFUNDS AND RELATED POLICIES
Thank you for supporting limited-edition, hand-signed art. Because our prints are highly collectible and exceptionally delicate, our return policies vary strictly by your geographic location. Please review the terms applicable to your country of residence below.
RETURN POLICY – DOMESTIC U.S. ORDERS & NON-EU INTERNATIONAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: For all customers residing outside of the European Union (including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia), all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for domestic or international orders.
Damaged in Transit: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged by the courier during initial delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the damaged packaging and print so we can initiate an insurance claim and issue a replacement.
EUROPEAN UNION (EU) CUSTOMERS
In compliance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and the European Consumer Rights Directive, EU residents have a statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL TIMEFRAME
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days without giving any reason (aside from non-returnable exceptional products noted below). The 14-day window begins the day you (or a designated third party) physically receive the artwork. To initiate a return, please use our online withdrawal feature or email us.
MANDATORY ORIGINAL PACKAGING & RETURN SHIPPING
Return Shipping Cost and Deadline: You are solely responsible for organizing and paying for the direct costs of the return shipping label. You must ship the item back and provide proof of postage within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request.
Because hand-signed art prints are highly vulnerable to permanent creasing, bending, and moisture damage, you must use the original protective tube/packaging to ship the item back.
INSPECTION, DAMAGE, & VALUE DEPRECIATION
We will inspect all returned prints immediately upon arrival at our studio. Under EU law, consumers are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from improper handling or negligent return packaging.
If the print arrives undamaged: You will receive a 100% refund of the product purchase price and standard original shipping costs. No restocking or administrative fees will be applied.
If the print arrives damaged: Because a creased, bent, or damaged limited-edition print cannot be resold, the value depreciation is evaluated at 100%. If the artwork is damaged due to a failure to follow packaging instructions, or due to courier handling, no refund will be issued.
We strongly advise using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning delicate artwork. We reserve the right to withhold your refund until the physical product is safely received and inspected.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom size prints, customized prints due to unique icons, colors, inscriptions and the like, hand-painted prints and hand painted flags. We also do not accept returns on sale items, books or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Due to the potential for return shipping damage, we are unable to offer exchanges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing your order. All cancellation inquiries should include your order number and "Cancellation" in the subject line.
