OVERVIEW
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from KarePrints.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Relationship Messages
New customers who register or sign up for our newsletter, place ads, register for our forum or subscribe to any of our services will receive e-mail messages and an opt-in newsletter from us. Established customers will occasionally receive information on products, promotions, event notifications, listings, and a newsletter. Messages are used to communicate information including but not limited to order status, listings, promotions, newsletters, surveys, and other information. Site visitors are also provided the opportunity to subscribe to our email newsletter.
Customers who wish to not receive communications from KarePrints.com can use our opt-out/unsubscribe links. The preferred method of unsubscribing is to use the links in the communications. You can also unsubscribe to any message by sending a note to support@kareprints.com with REMOVE in the subject line.
Permission Marketing
Susan Kare Design complies with the CAN-SPAM act of 2003, effective January 1, 2004 and respects the privacy of individuals and businesses and does not condone or participate in SPAM mailings. From time to time, KarePrints.com may send email messages to people who may be interested in our products, services, or listing information through the use of opt-in mailing lists from KarePrints.com's additional website: kare.com. If you believe that you have received such a message in error, please follow the directions in the email message to unsubscribe or remove yourself from the list. In any case, you can always send an email to support@kareprints.com for changes.
Surveys
Any voluntary feedback information provided is used by KarePrints.com to understand and respond to our customer requirements, concerns, and better enable us to meet their needs. This information is never shared with anyone outside our company. From time to time, we will ask customers and visitors to the site to participate in voluntary surveys to help us further enhance our service. These surveys are important to us but are entirely voluntary.
Referral Programs / Forward to a Friend / Email page to a Friend link
If a visitor to our site elects to use our referral programs to inform a friend, we ask you to enter email addresses of friends who may want to know about our products and services. KarePrints.com stores this information for the sole purpose of sending email communications including a one-time email inviting them to view our site and see the products and services we offer.
Occasionally, we will send information on products, special offers, and a newsletter to referral email addresses. Links to email a page to a friend are set to open your mail client and send the page information and link via your mail client. We do not capture any of that information. To unsubscribe from any mailings, follow the instructions in the email message.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your personal information?
