REFUNDS AND RELATED POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing your order. All cancellation inquiries should include your order number and "Cancellation" in the subject line.
RETURN POLICY – DOMESTIC U.S. ORDERS
If you have purchased a 17" x 22" or larger print and have a specific concern with the art, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will do whatever possible to resolve the situation, at our discretion. All return inquiries should include your order number and "Return" in the subject line. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and ineligible for a refund.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for 8.5” x 11” and 16” x 20” size prints as well as custom sizes, hand-painted prints and flags. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS – DOMESTIC U.S. ORDERS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for any damage, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less Kare Prints' actual original and return shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
EXCHANGES
Due to the potential for return shipping damage, we are unable to offer exchanges.
DAMAGED PRINT
We take great care in the packaging and shipping of your order. If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged area so that we can review and resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please include your order number and "Damaged Shipment" in the subject line. Last, please keep your packaging and damaged product as the shipping carrier may request an inspection for claims purposes.
RETURN POLICY – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to customs fees, return shipping costs and potential return shipping damage, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products that are shipped internationally. International orders are non refundable.
